Nike Kit Builder online
Nike Kit Builder (something I worked on at R/GA London) is finally live, following about a year as a retail initiative in Nike Town London. Basically it’s Nike ID for full footy kits, enabling anyone to build a totally customised Nike football kit for themselves and/or their players/team. You can choose styles, colours, add names, sponsors, emblems and even build trackies for your back room staff.

Nike Boot Room

buildyourkit
We’ve (R/GA London) just finished the first phase of an ace Nike Town Boot Room project. It’s a Team Kit Builder, like our Nike ID thing, but for footy kits. In other words; a ‘flash executable’, enabling anyone to build a totally customised Nike football kit for themselves or their players. You can choose styles, colours, add names, sponsors, emblems and even build trackies for your back room staff.
On the first floor of NikeTown now.

Nokia Urbanista

The Urbanista Diaries is my first big collaboration with Nokia as Technical Director at R/GA. The product is the N82, a device that can, amongst other things, location tag photos. The idea: well, we sent 4 well known bloggers on a relay around the globe to do just that. The resulting data is displayed on NSeries.com, or can be wigetized, so it can be viewed from any chosen location.

We’ve also join forces to develop and built partnership widgets that enable specific groups or organisations (CNN/Wallpaper/NatGeo) to create similar yet more pertinent experiences. What’s interesting is that we’re gonna continue to nurture, develop and build partnerships throughout the year and beyond, meaning the project has real longevity and value.

The site, integration and tech is some feat; so everyone involved ( both in our team and Nokia) should be congratulated on what is quite an achievement.
